We offer more than just the same old Blue Steel and Stainless Blades! In addition to Blue Steel and Stainless blades we offer a complete line of enhanced blade products that are designed for longer blade life, less edge wear and improved coating performance.
The enhanced Blade offerings begin with Steel Blades that have engineered coatings custom tailored for each particular application. Ceramic blades are available as well.
Standard Blue Steel and Stainless Blades
Blue Steel Coated Blades: 4 different coatings engineered for various coating applications (smoother coating lay-down, scratch resistant, better profiling, longer life, less edge wear).
Ceramic: 4 grades of ceramic for various coating applications (smoother coating lay-down, scratch resistant, better profiling, longer life, less edge wear).
Trial blades are offered at no charge as long as we get enough application data.
All of the items listed above are currently available.
Coater blades are packaged in individual dispenser blade-tainer boxes or flat packed in wood or corrugated boxes. Individual blade-tainers can be packaged in 8, 10, 16 or 20 to master carton.
